Getting Started

  • What are your business hours?

    We operate the delivery service, Monday Through Friday. To view availability in your area, visit our scheduling application. BOOK NOW

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards.

  • How does my first appointment work?

    To start, gather all your items together in your laundry bag(s) or trash bag(s), and label them with your name, address, and phone number. Be sure to mark ‘For Simple Dry Cleaning.’ We will come by with the time you’ve provided. When you receive your clothes back, we will provide you with branded bags to use in the future. Please remember to use the bags we provide for future orders as we use them for tracking purposes!

  • Attended or Unattended Pick Ups/Deliveries

    Attended - When you meet the driver for pickup or delivery. We require you to wait between the allotted time frame. Unattended - When you leave your clothes in a safe and secure location that you have designated for us. Also, if you have given us consent, we will leave your clothes in the same spot that you have designated. We urge all of our customers to make sure the designated unattended location is safe and secure. Examples of Unattended include – Concierge Desk, Foyer, Outside Door, or Office Closet. We also will keep keys for "secure" areas with the customer's consent. Contact us to discuss any arrangement.

  • Do I need to separate my dry cleaning from my wash, dry and fold items?

    Yes, when you place your first pick up order, please separate any dry cleaning items from your regular wash and fold using separately marked dry cleaning bags. If it’s your first time using separate services, we will provide separately marked bags for you for future orders to place your dry cleaning and wash and fold in.

  • Do I need to separate my wash, dry & fold?

    If you have any special instructions such as ‘hang dry’, please separate those items and mark them as ‘hang dry’. For other instructions such as using hypo-allergenic detergent or low heat, it does not need to be separated. However, please inform us if you would like to use hypo-allergenic detergent or low heat and we will clean your whole order with your specified instructions.

  • How are my clothes weighed?

    Your wash and fold is weighed before cleaning. Each of our large bags, when completely filled, holds up to an estimated 50 lbs of wash and fold clothing. Dry cleaning is counted per piece. Each piece is individually checked and billed accordingly. Please note that multi-pieced garments are counted per piece. For example, a trench coat with a detachable belt will be charged as twp separate items. The same goes for a two piece blouse.

  • What areas do you service?

    We service Braintree, Quincy, Milton, Brookline, most neighborhoods of Boston (Allston/Brighton, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Downtown, Fenway/Kenmore, Jamaica Plain, North End, South Boston, South End, and West End) as well as some parts of Cambridge, Newton, and Watertown.


    For service in Norwell, Scituate, Cohasset and Hingham, please call for availability.

  • What is your cleaning schedule?

    We pick up and deliver Monday through Friday


    Availability and Turnaround time (24-48hrs) depends on location.


    You have the ability to schedule your specific delivery date when you book your appointment. 

  • How is my laundry cleaned?

    All wash and fold is weighed by the lb. Our normal wash and fold procedure uses cold water and medium heat. We include scented detergent and softener. All orders are customizable based on your preferences. For orders with special instructions, please let us know your preferences prior to sending us your order.

  • How are items dry cleaned?

    All items sent in for dry cleaning are charged at a per item rate. Regular men’s cotton shirts are laundered and pressed. The shirt pressing machine we have is specifically built for men’s shirts. Women’s shirts will be unable to fit on the machine. All women’s shirts are dry cleaned. As such, we have a separate price for women’s shirts. We normally do not starch any items, but if you would like items starched, please inform us whether you would like light, medium, or heavy starch prior to service. Men’s laundered shirts also come back on hangers. If you would like any items boxed, we charge an additional per piece.

  • What is "SPECIAL CARE"?

    Items such as leather, fur, and suede count as special care items. These may take up to two to three (2-3) weeks to clean. Other large items such as comforters and curtains may require up to three to five (3-5) days to clean.

  • Do you do Alterations and Repairs?

    Yes we do! If you would like any items repaired or altered, please mark the specific garment and inform us what you would like done.

  • Do you have a minimum order amount?

    Our minimum order amount is $19 for Dry Cleaning and Bedding. Our minimum wash and fold amount is 15 lbs.

  • What happens if I miss a pick up?

    We will send a message to you letting you know that we stopped by and were unable to reach you. You can reschedule, but keep in mind that there may be a $15 missed pickup or delivery charge if you fail to notify us.

  • Do you service Commercial Accounts?

    We service commercial accounts as well as office pickups. Please contact us with any questions

  • Problem with an Order

    If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately. We would like to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
