Our goal is to make your life more simple, taking away the headache of worrying about your laundry. We strive to build an environment of trust; so to be simple, convenient, and honest, we take a few necessary steps. We list most prices upfront, and try to avoid any hidden costs as much as we can. There is absolutely NO extra charge for any pickup or delivery. We also try to list reasonable prices to stay as competitive as we can.GETTING STARTED
To get set up, we need basic information such as your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. After this is provided, you will be able to place your first pick up order.
To start, gather all your items together in your hamper or trash bags, and label them with your name, address, and phone number and be sure to mark ‘For Simple Dry Cleaning.’ With that all set, we will come by with the time you’ve provided. When you receive your clothes back the following day, we will provide you with marked bags to use in the future. Please remember to use the bags we provide for future orders as we use them for tracking purposes!
Yes, when you place your first pick up order, please separate any dry cleaning items from your regular wash and fold using separately marked dry cleaning bags. Although we check each wash and fold order to see if there are any ‘dry clean only’ items, this will help to prevent any mishaps. If it’s your first time using separate services, we will provide separately marked bags for you for future orders to place your dry cleaning and wash and fold in.
If you have any special instructions such as ‘hang dry’, please separate those items and mark them as ‘hang dry’. For other instructions such as using hypo-allergenic detergent or low heat, it does not need to be separated. However, please inform us if you would like to use hypo-allergenic detergent or low heat and we will clean your whole order with your specified instructions.
Your wash and fold is weighed before and after cleaning. Each of our large bags, when completely filled, holds up to an estimated 50 lbs of wash and fold clothing.
Dry cleaning is counted per piece. Each piece is individually checked and billed accordingly. Please note that multi-pieced garments are counted per piece. For example, a trench coat with a detachable belt will be charged as twp separate items. The same goes for a two piece blouse.
You will receive two invoices. There will be a detailed invoice attached to each order. Your order total will also be emailed to you the day it is processed.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
Please note for apartments and condominiums: Although we are a 24 hour* cleaning service, we do not automatically come everyday unless there is a scheduled pickup for your building. For all unattended pickups at apartments and condominiums with a 24/7 concierge service, please kindly let us know you have dropped your cleaning off with them either through phone or by the web. If we are not notified, there may be a delay in processing your cleaning.
Attended - When you meet the driver for pickup or delivery. We require you to wait between the allotted time frame.
Unattended - When you leave your clothes in a safe and secure location that you have designated for us. If you have selected unattended, please have the bag out by the time we open. Also, if you have given us consent, we will leave your clothes in the same spot that you have designated. We urge all of our customers to make sure the designated unattended are is safe and secure.
Examples of Unattended include – Concierge Desk, Foyer, Outside Door, or Office Closet.
Yes, we accept keys and are also able to make a copy for you at your request. If you have given us a key, then your orders will be eligible for unattended pickups and deliveries.
SERVICE
We currently service all northern neighborhoods of Boston; Allston/Brighton, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Downtown, Fenway/Kenmore, Jamaica Plain, Mission Hill, North End, South Boston, South End, and West End, as well as all of Brookline, Cambridge, and some parts of Newton, and Watertown.
Our drivers are on route M-F 8 AM-5 PM. Our phone and e-mail support are between M-F 8 AM-6 PM. Holiday hours will be limited!

CLEANING
All wash and fold is weighed by the lb. Our normal wash and fold procedure uses warm water and medium heat. We include tide detergent and downy softener.
All orders are customizable based on your preferences. For orders with special instructions, please let us know your preferences prior to sending us your order. For low heat requests, we must charge an extra 10 cents ($0.10) per lb.
All items sent in for dry cleaning are charged at a per item rate. Regular men’s cotton shirts are laundered and pressed. The shirt pressing machine we have is specifically built for men’s shirts. Women’s shirts will be unable to fit on the machine. All women’s shirts are dry cleaned. As such, we have a separate price for women’s shirts. We normally do not starch any items, but if you would like items starched, please inform us whether you would like light, medium, or heavy starch prior to service.
Men’s laundered shirts also come back on hangers. If you would like any items boxed, we charge an additional 20 cents ($0.20) per piece.
For dry cleaning, we use an eco-friendly solvent.
Items such as leather, fur, and suede count as special care items. These may take up to two to three (2-3) weeks to clean. Other large items such as comforters and curtains may require up to three to five (3-5) days to clean.
Yes we do! If you would like any items repaired or altered, please mark the specific garment and inform us what you would like done.
Yes, we have a re-cleaning policy limited to dry cleaning only. Special care items are not eligible for re-cleaning. We have provided a few guidelines for our re-cleaning process. Please notify us and separate the item which you would like to be re-cleaned. The item must not be worn and our original tag must still be attached. If our tag is removed, then we will be unable to process the re-cleaning order and you will be charged at the regular rate. For any re-cleaning, you must notify us immediately. We will only re-clean items two (2) days from the day it was delivered.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards; American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. For the safety of our drivers, cash is unacceptable. We would also like to inform you that we prohibit our drivers from accepting any gratuity.
You will be billed for the cleaning the day your order is processed and put together.

Our minimum order amount is $15 in all areas we service. Our minimum wash and fold amount is 15 lbs.
We strive to avoid hidden fees by posting up all of our prices online. Unlike our competitors, our attended pickups and deliveries are FREE. For missed pickups and deliveries, we add a minimum $15 charge to cover our costs of operation so please inform us if you are unable to make your scheduled time! Due to specifics of garments, there may be extra charges for specialty items such as silk and suede; between $1 to $4.

We will send a message to you letting you know that we stopped by and were unable to reach you. You can reschedule for a following day, but keep in mind that there may be a $15 missed pickup or delivery charge if you fail to notify us.
MISCELLANEOUS
We service commercial accounts as well as office pickups. For discount and questions please contact us.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately. We would like to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
When you receive your first order back, we will provide you marked bags free of charge. To encourage eco-friendliness, we urge you to reuse your bags as much as possible!
Damaged bags will be replaced free of charge, provided you return the damaged bags back to us. To replace lost bags, we must charge $3-$5.
We accept any clothing donations on your behalf. If you have any items that you would like to send for donation, please place them in separate bags and mark them as ‘For Donation’.
We accept any excess hangars you would like to return. Place them inside your bag and we will pick them up at the request of your next service.
